Monica MacKenzie, NP-C checking pediatric and adult blood pressures at the Copoco Credit Union's (Bay City, Michigan) Annual Safety Day.  Monica also discussed the role of the nurse practitioner as a PCP, the importance of routine well child checks, current immunization schedule and normal ranges of blood pressures in children.  Other vendors provided education on child safety seats, gun safety, fire safety, child abuse prevention and much more.  SPECIAL THANKS TO HEALTH DELIVERY, INC for donating the blood pressure cuffs, educational materials and goodies to hand out to these amazing children.

Tri-Cities MICNP discusses the role of the NP and the importance of preventative medicine in the arena of women's health.

Local NPs Judy Decorte (Left) and Janet Beattie (right) reach out to assist the local community.  Share the Fun(ds) Theatre Group was formed to assist with raising funds for area fine arts programs.  This has been an exciting opportunity for local actors and support staff to display their exceptional talents while doing a good deed for their respective school systems.
