Monica MacKenzie, NP-C checking pediatric and adult blood pressures
at the Copoco Credit Union's (Bay City, Michigan) Annual Safety Day.
Monica also discussed the role of the nurse practitioner as a PCP,
the importance of routine well child checks, current immunization
schedule and normal ranges of blood pressures in children.
Other vendors provided education on child safety seats, gun safety,
fire safety, child abuse prevention and much more. SPECIAL
THANKS TO HEALTH DELIVERY, INC for donating the blood pressure
cuffs, educational materials and goodies to hand out to these
amazing children.

staff to display their exceptional talents while doing a good deed
for their respective school systems.
